MOTOR VEHICLE CLERK
Route 22 Toyota, located in Hillside, NJ has an immediate need for an experienced title clerk to perform general administrative duties to include:
* Calculating tax, transfer and license fees.
* Obtaining license plates, tags and registration as needed for customers.
* Assisting other departments & locations with trade-in title work & getting duplicate titles.
* Keeping vehicle records in the computer system up-to-date regarding the status of the title transfer.
* Generating weekly status reports that identify discrepancies, insurance problems, etc.
* Identifying and prepares customer refunds for any excess fees charged to customers.
* Corresponding with motor vehicle agencies to clear automobile titles.
* Performing other related duties as assigned.
Excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone, will be keys to success in this position. Ideal applicant will possess outstanding organizational skills.
